Union Church Millworks had world-class craftsmanship—but no audience. With nearly $800K in annual sales (yes, literally), they needed a brand, a strategy, and a way to reach beyond the mountains of Southwest Virginia.

We built a powerful “From Forest to Floor” brand with a story-driven website, premium positioning, and messaging that made their hardwood products feel as high-end as they truly are. We targeted designers, builders, and homeowners looking for character, quality, and locally sourced Virginia-grown wood.

Now approaching $2 million in annual sales, Union Church Millworks is expanding into Coastal Virginia’s Hampton Roads market with a strong brand, growing demand, and sawdust flying off the shelves.
